Onderweg naar PAKT fietste je door het Groen Kwartier. De site transformeerde van een militair hospitaal naar een autovrije woon- en werkplek. In een voormalige kapel opende Sergio Herman zijn restaurant The Jane. Dit is het mooiste restaurant ter wereld, en dat heeft Sergio niet zelf bedacht.
