Zo'n 600 meter voorbij de brandgang bekend als de "coupe-feu du tir" (vuurgang) bevind zich de schietschijf van het doel op 1000 meter. In tegenstelling tot de andere doelen is dit goed zichtbaar vanaf het pad.
Spa was de thuisbasis van een grote schietbaan waar al in 1907 52 schutters hun passie konden uitleven in een complex van enorme stalen doelen van het Bremer-type.
De installaties waren geschikt voor het afvuren van wapens op afstanden van 12 tot 1000 meter.
