De Iris-Jörg is een kustmotorschip dat in 1956 als Eilenburg voor de rederij Süptitz en Co. bij Nobiskrug werd gebouwd. Het schip dat tegenwoordig onder monumentenzorg staat, bevindt zich als museumschip in het Kehdinger Küstenschiffahrts-Museum in Wischhafen.
Het schip werd in 1956 als Eilenburg op de werf Nobiskrug in Rendsburg gebouwd. De tewaterlating vond plaats op 19 april, de overdracht aan de opdrachtgever, de rederij Süptitz & Co. in Hamburg, op 24 mei 1956. Het schip was een van de zes zusterschepen.
