Het sociaal gerechtshof Schleswig is een rechtbank van de sociale rechtsgang. Het gerechtshof is een van de vier sociale rechtbanken in Sleeswijk-Holstein.
Het is lokaal bevoegd voor de stad Flensburg, de Kreis Schleswig-Flensburg, de Kreis Nordfriesland en sinds 1 april 2011 ook weer voor de Kreis Rendsburg-Eckernförde. De rechtskring beslaat ongeveer 6400 km2. Ongeveer 723.000 inwoners wonen in dit gebied. De materiële bevoegdheid vloeit voort uit de wet op de sociale gerechten.
