De Neptun Werft GmbH & Co. KG is een in 1850 opgerichte Duitse scheepswerf, gevestigd in Rostock aan de Warnow, die sinds 1997 deel uitmaakt van de Meyer-Neptun-groep.
Opgericht in 1850 als "Scheepswerf en Machinefabriek van Wilhelm Zeltz en Albrecht Tischbein", werd het in 1890 onder directeur Henry Eugen Johns omgevormd tot de Actien-Gesellschaft "Neptun" scheepswerf en machinefabriek in Rostock. Onder Johns opvolger, de jonge directeur Gerhard Barg, groeide het sterk. Meer dan 1500 nieuwe schepen werden gebouwd, nog meer gerepareerd en verbouwd. De eerste ijzeren schroefstoomschip van Duitsland, de Erbgroßherzog Friedrich Franz, werd in 1851 te water gelaten.
