Het kasteel Sonsfeld was een kasteel bij Haldern, een wijk van Rees in de Noordrijn-Westfaalse Kreis Kleve. Het kasteel lag twee kilometer ten zuidoosten van Haldern, ten noorden van de voormalige sonsfeldische weilanden. Andere voormalige adellijke huizen in de omgeving zijn het Huis Aspel en het Kasteel Bellinghoven. De Battenbergtoren behoorde enige tijd toe aan het kasteel. In zuidoostelijke richting lag het cisterciënzersklooster Schledenhorst.
