Klooster Marienborn in Zülpich-Hoven is een voormalige cisterciënzersabdij aan de rand van de Eifel. Het werd in het jaar 1188 opgericht door cisterciënzers uit het klooster Sint Thomas aan de Kyll. Tot de meest vooraanstaande kloosterbewoners behoort de heilige Hermann Joseph van Steinfeld, die hier korte tijd leefde en in het jaar 1246 overleed. De nog bestaande kloosterkerk herbergt de "Hovener Madonna", een van de belangrijkste romaanse sculpturen van het Rheinland uit de 12e eeuw. In de apsis zijn muurstenen met Romeinse schrifttekens verwerkt. Men herkent de Latijnse inscripties, die op een matronesheiligdom wijzen.
