De Commanderie van Muffendorf was een nederzetting van de Duitse Orde in Muffendorf, een huidige wijk van het Bonn stadsdeel Bad Godesberg. Het bijbehorende barokpaleis, gebouwd midden 18e eeuw, staat als monument onder bescherming.
De voormalige Commanderie van Muffendorf ligt op een terrein dat van west naar oost afloopt op 84 m boven NAP aan de oostzijde van de Muffendorfer Hauptstraße en aan de zuidzijde van de straat An der Kommende. Het bijbehorende park strekt zich naar het zuiden uit tot de Benngasse en naar het oosten tot de huizen aan de westrand van de Deutschherrenstraße.
