Kasteel Kellenberg is een waterkasteel aan de noordelijke rand van het dorp Barmen, een stadsdeel van Jülich, aan de Rur.
Oorspronkelijke bezitters van de burcht Kellenberg waren in eerste instantie de heer Edmund van Barmen en daarna Gerhard Mulart van Hullhoven. Door het huwelijk van zijn dochter kwam het in handen van Wilhelm van Wevelinghoven, de erfmaarschalk van Keulen in 1429, daarna Scheiffardt van Merode, onder wiens leiding de huidige inrichting in de 15e en 16e eeuw ontstond.
