De Zarow is een laaglandrivier in het oosten van Mecklenburg-Voor-Pommeren. Het gebied van de Friedländer Großen Wiese, dat doorkliefd is door talloze sloten, wordt onder andere door de Zarow afgewaterd. Daartoe is de Zarow tussen Meiersberg en Grambin uitgebaggerd. Met de samenkomst van twee hoofdsloten bij Ferdinandshof begint de rivier zijn ongeveer 16 km lange weg naar het noorden door de Ueckermünder Heide.
