De Radduscher Kahnvaart, in het Neder-Sorbisch Radušańska cera, is een stroom in de Oberspreewald en verbindt het dorp Raddusch, gelegen aan de zuidrand van de Spreewald, met het waternetwerk van de Spreewälder.
De stroom begint aan de noordrand van het dorp. Hier is er een natuurlijke haven vanwaaruit Spreewaldkähne vanuit Raddusch de Spreewald invaren. De Radduscher Kahnvaart gaat vervolgens in noordelijke richting en is op grote delen omzoomd door oude bomen. Daarna loopt het door de kleine deelgemeente Radduscher Kaupen, kruist het Vetschauer Mühlenfließ en mondt uiteindelijk uit in de Zuidomleiding.
