Het kasteel Groß Leuthen is een waterkasteel in de Spreewald. Het ligt in Groß Leuthen aan de oever van het Groß Leuthener See, 15 kilometer ten noordoosten van Lübben. In zijn oudste delen dateert het uit de middeleeuwen. Het overgrote deel van de bouwstructuur bestaat uit een renaissancegebouw met traptoren en een in de stijl van het historicisme door Bodo Ebhardt gebouwd woontoren van 1913.
In 1368 werd Leuthen voor het eerst genoemd met "Tammo von deme Luthen". Het behoorde toen nog tot de burggraafschap Lübben. In de loop van de middeleeuwen ontstond er een eigen heerschapsgebied, waartoe in de 16e eeuw de dorpen Groß Leuthen, Bückchen, Dollgen, Guhlen, Klein Leine, Klein Leuthen en Ressen behoorden.
