Het station Gunzenhausen is het station van de Beierse stad Gunzenhausen in de Landkreis Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen en een spoorwegknoop in Midden-Franken. Het kruisingsstation ligt aan de spoorlijn Treuchtlingen–Würzburg. Verder beginnen in Gunzenhausen de Seenlandbahn naar Pleinfeld en de spoorlijn Nördlingen–Gunzenhausen, waarop naast regelmatig goederenvervoer personenvervoer alleen nog als museumvervoer plaatsvindt.
Het behoort tot categorie 4 van stations en heeft vijf perronsporen. Het station wordt dagelijks bediend door ongeveer 60 treinen van de Deutsche Bahn AG. Het ontvangstgebouw uit 1865 staat onder monumentenzorg. Naast het station Gunzenhausen zijn er in de stad het voormalige station en de huidige halte Cronheim, die aan de spoorlijn Nördlingen–Gunzenhausen ligt en alleen nog door museumtreinen wordt bediend.
