De Mainzer Zuidbrug is een spoorbrug die Mainz in Rheinland-Pfalz met Ginsheim-Gustavsburg in Hessen over de Rijn verbindt. Op een aan de brug aangebrachte loopbrug kunnen ook voetgangers en fietsers de Rijn oversteken.
De brug heeft nooit een officiële naam gekregen en wordt daarom tot op de dag van vandaag op verschillende manieren aangeduid.
