De Heinrichsthaler melkfabrieken zijn een zuivelfabriek in Radeberg, Saksen. De in 1880 gestichte melkfabriek in Heinrichsthal produceerde in 1884 de eerste Duitse camembert. Tegenwoordig is de zuivelfabriek een middelgroot bedrijf met meer dan 245 miljoen euro jaarlijkse omzet en meer dan 350 medewerkers.
Sinds de oprichting is de enige locatie van de zuivelfabriek het voormalige voorwerk Heinrichsthal. Het ligt in de gelijknamige plaats van de Grote Kreisstadt Radeberg in de Landkreis Bautzen, ongeveer twaalf kilometer noordoostelijk van het stadscentrum van de hoofdstad Dresden. Het landgoed aan de Großröhrsdorfer Straße is vrijwel volledig bebouwd met de productie-installaties. Slechts vier kilometer verderop, noordoostelijker, staat de nog grotere fabriek van Sachsenmilch AG in Leppersdorf. Tot 1998 had de Heinrichsthaler melkfabrieken een andere productielocatie in Burkau.
