Het woonhuis Ehm-Welk-Straße 37 is een rijksmonument in de stad Lübbenau/Spreewald in de Landkreis Oberspreewald-Lausitz in het zuiden van de deelstaat Brandenburg. Het wordt beschouwd als het oudste behouden gebouw van de stad.
Het gebouw bevindt zich op de Lübbenauer Altmarkt, dicht bij de Sankt-Nikolai-kerk. Het werd tegen het einde van de 17e of het begin van de 18e eeuw gebouwd en maakt deel uit van een rij huizen. Het huis is bedekt met een zadeldak. De kruisgewelfkelder van het huis wordt zelfs gedateerd tussen 1620 en 1650, wat duidt op een voorganger op deze locatie. De vakwerkconstructie is aan zijn gevel gedateerd met de inscriptie „Anno 1713“, waardoor het het oudste behouden gebouw van de stad Lübbenau is.
