De evangelische Stadskerk Onze Lieve Vrouwen op de Berg is een laatgotische kerk in Penig in de Landkreis Mittelsachsen in Saksen. Ze maakt deel uit van de kerkgemeente Penig in de Evangelisch-Lutherse Landeskirche Sachsens en bepaalt het stadsbeeld van Penig.
De Stadskerk Onze Lieve Vrouwen in Penig was aanvankelijk een filiaal van de St.-Aegidiënkerk in Penig en maakte sinds 1313 deel uit van het patronaat van het Benedictijnenkloster Chemnitz.
De nieuwbouw van de laatgotische Stadskerk begon met de hoge, vierkante toren in de noordwesthoek van de kerk in 1476. De bouw van het schip als gepleisterde natuurstenen constructie werd in 1499 aan de buitenkant voltooid; de binnenkant werd zonder de pilaren en gewelven gelaten. De consecratie vond pas in 1515 plaats.
