Het kasteel Dölkau is een monumentaal gebouw in de wijk Dölkau van de stad Leuna in de Saalekreis in Saksen-Anhalt. In het lokale monumentenregister is het kasteel onder het registratienummer 094 20540 als monument geregistreerd. Het heeft het adres Dorfstraße 23.
Het kasteel werd van 1803 tot 1806 gebouwd door de Leipzigse architect en bouwmeester Johann Carl Friedrich Dauthe in opdracht van Karl Ludwig August von Hohenthal. De familie von Hohenthal was van 1749 tot 1945 de eigenaar van het perceel. Van 1945 tot 1990 werd het kasteel als tehuis voor kinderen gebruikt. Tegenwoordig is het perceel in particulier bezit.
