Slottet Dölkau er en fredet bygning i bydelen Dölkau i byen Leuna i Saalekreis i Sachsen-Anhalt. I det lokale fredningsregister er slottet registreret som bygningsmindesmærke under registreringsnummer 094 20540. Det har adressen Dorfstraße 23.
Slottet blev bygget fra 1803 til 1806 af den saksiske arkitekt og bygningsmester Johann Carl Friedrich Dauthe på opdrag af Karl Ludwig August von Hohenthal. Familien von Hohenthal havde ejendommen fra 1749 til 1945. Fra 1945 til 1990 blev slottet brugt som børnehjem. I dag er ejendommen privat ejet.
