Il Castello di Dölkau è un edificio protetto dai beni culturali situato nel quartiere di Dölkau della città di Leuna, nel distretto di Saalekreis, in Sassonia-Anhalt. Nel registro dei beni culturali locale, il castello è registrato con il numero di identificazione 094 20540 come monumento architettonico. Ha l'indirizzo Dorfstraße 23.
Il castello fu costruito dal 1803 al 1806 dall'architetto e maestro d'opera di Lipsia Johann Carl Friedrich Dauthe su commissione di Karl Ludwig August von Hohenthal. La famiglia von Hohenthal possedette il terreno dal 1749 al 1945. Dal 1945 al 1990, il castello fu utilizzato come orfanotrofio. Oggi il terreno è di proprietà privata.
