El castillo de Dölkau es un edificio protegido por patrimonio en el distrito de Dölkau de la ciudad de Leuna en el Saalekreis en Saxonia-Anhalt. En el registro de monumentos local, el castillo está catalogado con el número de registro 094 20540 como monumento arquitectónico. Su dirección es Dorfstraße 23.
El castillo fue construido entre 1803 y 1806 por el arquitecto y constructor de Leipzig Johann Carl Friedrich Dauthe por encargo de Karl Ludwig August von Hohenthal. La familia von Hohenthal fue propietaria de la propiedad desde 1749 hasta 1945. Desde 1945 hasta 1990, el castillo fue utilizado como hogar de niños. Hoy en día, la propiedad es de propiedad privada.
