De rooms-katholieke kerk St. Gertrud is een Romaanse emporenbasiliek in de gemeente Morsbach in de Oberbergischen Kreis in Noordrijn-Westfalen, aan de grens met Rijnland-Palts. Ze behoort tot de parochiegemeenschap Morsbach – Friesenhagen – Wildbergerhütte.
De parochiekerk St. Gertrud is het oudste bouwwerk in de gemeente Morsbach. Een eerste kapel werd omstreeks 895 vermoedelijk door missionarissen van het Bonner Cassius-stift op een rotsheuvel gebouwd. In 1131 bevestigde paus Innocentius II de eigendomsrechten van het Bonner Cassius-stift aan de kerk.
