De Pajares-tunnel is een in aanbouw zijnde spoorwegtunnel van de toekomstige hogesnelheidslijn LAV León-Asturias tussen de Spaanse steden León en Gijón. De opening was oorspronkelijk gepland voor 2009, maar moest vanwege waterinloop in de tunnelbuizen eerst naar 2014 worden uitgesteld, later vanwege de eurocrisis en om verschillende andere redenen naar ten vroegste 2021, waarbij aanvankelijk geen officiële datum werd genoemd. Inmiddels wordt een ingebruikname in 2023 verwacht.
