Santa Gadea is een kerk gewijd aan Sint Agatha in Burgos, Spanje. De kerk is beroemd in de geschiedenis en literatuur omdat het de plaats is waar Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, op bevel van de Castiliaanse Cortes, Alfonso VI dwong een eed af te leggen dat hij geen medeplichtige was bij de dood van zijn broer, Sancho, terwijl hij Zamora belegerde. Es el de la jura de Santa Gadea is de meest opmerkelijke Spaanse middeleeuwse roman over dit evenement.
