Flaviobriga was een haven aan de Cantabrische Zee, die waarschijnlijk overeenkomt met Castro Urdiales in Cantabrië. Het lag ten westen van de monding van de Nerva en ontving deze naam en de koloniale status onder Vespasianus of Titus en werd daarvoor Amanum Portus genoemd. Plinius de Oudere zegt dat het een stad van de Vardalen was, maar Ptolemeus wijst het toe aan de Autrigonen.
