De Technische Universiteit van Cartagena, of UPCT, is een openbare universiteit gelegen in de Murcian stad Cartagena, met scholen die voornamelijk van technologische en zakelijke aard zijn. Het bestaat officieel sinds 3 augustus 1998.
De oprichting van de Hogeschool voor Techniek van Cartagena begon in 1975 als gevolg van de integratie van de studieprogramma's aan de Universiteit van Murcia, met als doel de Hogescholen voor Technische Mijnbouw en Technische Industrie ingenieurs te integreren en andere studies aan het nieuwe centrum toe te voegen.
