Het oude Militaire Ziekenhuis van de Marine van Cartagena, tot 1801 het Koninklijk Ziekenhuis van Antiguones genoemd, is een voormalig ziekenhuis van de Spaanse marine gelegen in het oude centrum van Cartagena, dat momenteel de Hogere Technische School voor Industriële Ingenieurswetenschappen van de Polytechnische Universiteit huisvest.
De werkzaamheden voor de bouw van het ziekenhuis begonnen op 1 juli 1749 onder leiding van de militaire ingenieur uit Bagüés, Sebastián Feringán, en duurden tot 1762. De opening vond plaats op 20 mei van dat jaar, met de Raguseense Mateo Vodopich als directeur vanwege het overlijden van Feringán enkele dagen eerder. De 8.924.863 reales die de bouw kostte, werden gefinancierd door de Kroon.[1][2]
