Comarruga is een kustplaats die behoort tot de gemeente El Vendrell, gelegen in de provincie Tarragona. Tot 1946 maakte het deel uit van de oude gemeente San Vicente de Calders.
In brede zin wordt Comarruga vaak gebruikt om de volgende urbanisaties van de gemeente Vendrell aan te duiden: Maritieme Wijk van Comarruga, Wijk van het Station, Brisamar, Comarruga Park, Els Garrofers, Els Masos, Tuinen van Comarruga, La Cruz de Comarruga, La Cruz de Comarruga Sur, Les Clotes, Masía Blanca en Nirvana. Soms wordt de naam Comarruga gebruikt om de hele kust van de gemeente Vendrell tussen de grens met Roda de Bará, in het westen, en de riera de la Bisbal, in het oosten, aan te duiden, inclusief de stranden van Francás en San Salvador.
