Het Colegio de la Sangre (bloedcollege) is een interessant gebouw uit het einde van de 16e eeuw dat ook als ziekenhuis werd gebruikt.
Het werd gebouwd om twaalf adellijke bedienden te huisvesten, schildknapen van het huishouden van de hertog en andere brave mannen van zijn landgoed. Het bestaat uit één verdieping, met een centrale binnenplaats, waaromheen de verschillende kamers waren verdeeld.
Het is nu herbouwd door het stadsbestuur en wordt gebruikt als uitbreiding van de middelbare school "El Convento" en als kleuterschool.
