De col van Fontfroide op 973 m is een bergpas in de berg van l'Espinouse in het Massif central, in het departement Hérault, op de gemeente Fraisse-sur-Agout, tussen de dorpen Fraisse-sur-Agout en Saint-Vincent-d'Olargues. De col ligt op de waterscheiding tussen de Atlantische Oceaan en de Middellandse Zee, in het regionale natuurpark van Haut-Languedoc. Het klimaatscontrast is zeer groot tussen de twee hellingen: Fraisse-sur-Agout is zeer groen terwijl Saint-Vincent-d'Olargues een mediterraan vegetatie heeft met olijfbomen en cicaden.
