De kerk Notre-Dame is opgericht in de gemeente Annonay, departement Ardèche in de regio Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. De architectuur in neo-romaan-byzantijnse stijl is het werk van de architecten Joannis Rey, Georges Allingry en Théodore Joly. Het gebouw is gelegen in het historische centrum van Annonay, op het plein des Forges. Het vervangt een andere kerk met dezelfde naam, die op het plein van de Vrijheid was gevestigd.
