De katholieke parochiekerk en voormalige colegiale kerk Notre-Dame in Beaune, een stad in het departement Côte-d'Or in de Franse regio Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, behoort, net als de kathedraal van Saint-Lazare in Autun of de kerk van St-Andoche in Saulieu, tot de grote romaanse kerken in de zogenaamde cluniazenser stijl, die in de 12e eeuw onder de bisschop van Autun, Étienne de Bagé, in Bourgondië werden gebouwd. In 1840 werd de kerk als monument historique opgenomen in de lijst van bouwmonumenten in Frankrijk, in 1926 volgden de voormalige kapittelsgebouwen, waar nu het pastoraat is gevestigd, en de kloostergang. In 1958 werd de kerk door paus Pius XII tot basilica minor verheven.
