Deze watermolen werd gebouwd in de 16e eeuw en is kenmerkend voor de vele molens in de regio Entre-deux-Mers die tot het einde van de 19e eeuw in bedrijf waren. Hij werd verlaten in de 20e eeuw en is nu weer in werking. Het is de enige door waterkracht aangedreven molen in de Gironde die demonstratiemeel produceert. De molen wordt onderhouden door vrijwilligers van de vereniging "Les Amis du Moulin de Pinquet" en heeft een prijs gewonnen in de wedstrijd "Les rubans du Patrimoine".
Volg een rondleiding door de molen en zie hoe het mechanisme werkt, met een demonstratie van hoe tarwe wordt gemalen en vervolgens door de zeefmolen wordt gehaald om meel te produceren. Open voor publiek op Molendagen (mei) en Open Monumentendagen.
