De Pigeonnier is geïntegreerd in het landgoed, hoewel intiemer en onafhankelijker. Het is een mooie, lichte ruimte onder het oude dak van de pigeonnier. De keuken is volledig uitgerust, met wasmachine, droger en magnetron. Op de eerste verdieping bevinden zich twee slaapkamers met tweepersoonsbedden, waarvan één met een extra eenpersoonsbed, een badkamer en een apart toilet. Er is ook een aparte ruimte voor een tiener of kind. Le Pigeonnier heeft ook centrale verwarming, die in alle seizoenen voor comfort zorgt.
