Marché du Lez, is een dorp in de stad, geopend in 2016 aan de oevers van de Lez; vandaag, een unieke Derde Plaats in Frankrijk met meer dan 7500m² gerangschikt in verschillende leefruimtes.
Ruimtes, bars, restaurants, Rooftop (gearticuleerd op twee niveaus), de gourmetzaal (tempel van de gastronomie), sportpleinen, zorg, wellness, rommelmarkten en recycling, winkels, foodtrucks, startups, coworking, worklab?
Deze speeltuin in voortdurende beweging, innovatief, artistiek, cultureel en gastronomisch, het hele jaar geopend, nodigt uit tot een nieuwe manier van leven gericht op openheid en delen.
Met meer dan 2,5 miljoen bezoekers per jaar is deze uitwisselingsplaats een laboratorium voor de stad geworden en neemt hij deel aan het sociale en economische leven van Montpellier en de regio.
