Het wijnrestaurant van Paulo, dat al 7 jaar open is, biedt meer dan 200 wijnreferenties en een menu met lokale producten.
Paul werkt met veel lokale boerderijen en biedt specialiteiten zoals zijn gerijpt vlees, zoals karbonades van Limousin of Wagyus rundvlees, of met melk gevoed kalfsvlees. Een echte bistro waar men elkaar graag ontmoet!
paul is de vierde generatie van een familie van Brivistes cafetiers. Hij begon zijn carrière als sommelier in een restaurant met een Michelin-ster in Limoges en ging vervolgens naar Engeland om de taal te leren en zijn vaardigheden te verbeteren. Hij vervolgde zijn carrière als sommelier bij Michel Guérard voordat hij in 2013 terugkeerde naar zijn geboorteland om Les Frangins op te richten, dat sindsdien "Chez Paulo" is geworden.
