Irissarry is een prachtig dorp gelegen aan de voet van de Baigura, op 15 minuten van Saint-Jean Pied de Port.
Geniet van een verblijf in een 19e eeuws burgerlijk huis met een grote tuin en een prachtig uitzicht op het landschap. Het ontbijt (met zelfgemaakte en lokale producten) wordt geserveerd in een zeer grote woonkamer of op het zuidelijke terras. In dit oude gebouw uit 1880 openen Cristina van Braziliaanse afkomst en haar man Xabier de deuren van het "château" om hun gevarieerde en kleurrijke tafel te delen. De kamers zijn allemaal verschillend en bieden een panoramisch uitzicht op de omliggende Baskische bergen. Ten slotte biedt de pelletketel al het moderne comfort met respect voor het milieu.
