Met uitzicht op de stad Chauvigny biedt het Château des Évêques en zijn historische muren een uitzonderlijke omgeving voor de beoefening van de valkerij, een voorouderlijke kunst. Arenden, valken, uilen en vele andere roofvogels zullen u versteld doen staan van hun vliegkunst. Het sierlijke ballet van ooievaars, de weelderige kleuren van papegaaien, maar ook andere atypische vogels completeren deze grootschalige show.
Het kasteel en de volières kunnen voor of na de show worden bezocht, met educatieve panelen en houten spelletjes voor jong en oud.
