Er is een hoek van de Landes die zijn naam heeft gegeven aan een soort rundvlees, Chalosse. Duw in de hoofdstraat van het centrum van Montfort-en-Chalosse de deuren van slagerij Franck Baché open. De slagerij biedt een ruime keuze aan regionale vleeswaren, kant-en-klare maaltijden (rundvlees, varkensvlees, lamsvlees, gevogelte en kalfsvlees) en diverse vleeswaren voor uw grill.
