In het hart van deze grote, mooie traditionele hut, herbergt een zeewaterreservoir onze oesters en schelpdieren: oesters van het oesterkwekerijbedrijf "les huîtres LABAN" en door ons gekookte schelpdieren, een uitstalling van schelpdieren die geselecteerd zijn bij onze beste vishandelaren en vissers, een cateringbank voor zeevruchten, een maritieme kruidenierswinkel en een winkel voor het uithalen van schelpdieren.
