Het kasteel "Domaine du Griffier", op 15 minuten van Niort, is een 3-sterrenhotel met 33 gerenoveerde kamers, waarvan 27 "3-sterren" en 6 "standaard"-kamers die onlangs zijn ingericht in de vleugel van de oude woning.
Het ligt aan de voet van afrit 33 van de snelweg A10 (Parijs-Bordeaux) en aan de rand van de RN 150 Niort-Bordeaux.
Dit 18e-eeuwse gebouw op 7 hectare bestaat uit twee ontvangstzalen van 380 m2, voor maximaal 330 zittende personen, en 210 m2, voor maximaal 180 zittende personen, plus 8 volledig uitgeruste seminarzalen voor maximaal 50 personen.
Een overdekt zwembad met fitnessruimte, een restaurant "La Table de Sébastien" open voor iedereen (behalve op speciaal verzoek, gesloten op zaterdagmiddag, zondag de hele dag en op feestdagen).
Airconditioning alleen in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.
