De inrichting van het restaurant is op het eerste gezicht een echt succes: een stedelijk-industriële look van hout, metaal, glas, lage lampen, in een zeer warme sfeer. Het restaurant heeft ook een veelbelovende neus: u ruikt de cassoulet, de regionale keuken en de versheid van de salades. In de mond zullen de meer kritische mensen ook verwend worden, want in de tweede kamer bevindt zich een wijnkelder met enkele grote Languedoc-wijnen. De cassoulet die de reputatie van dit lid van de Grande confrérie du Cassoulet heeft gemaakt, wordt ook aangeboden
In de zomer kunt u in een Andalusische patio op het terras eten, in een gezellige sfeer.
