Die Einrichtung des Restaurants ist schon auf den ersten Blick ein voller Erfolg: ein urban-industrieller Look mit einer Mischung aus Holz, Metall, Glas und niedrigen Lampen in einer sehr gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Auch in der Nase ist das Restaurant vielversprechend: Man nimmt die Düfte von Cassoulet, regionaler Küche, aber auch die Frische der Salate wahr. Auch am Gaumen werden die Klügeren verwöhnt, denn im zweiten Saal thront ein Weinkeller, in dem einige große Weine aus dem Languedoc angeboten werden. Das Cassoulet, das den Ruf dieses Mitglieds der Grande Confrérie du Cassoulet begründet hat, wird ebenfalls angeboten
Im Sommer kann man in einem andalusischen Patio in gemütlicher Atmosphäre auf der Terrasse essen.
