La Ferme des Cattle zorgt voor ecologisch onderhoud en het ruimen van land. Hiervoor gebruikt ze de beroemde Highland Cattle-koeien. Het is een aanpak gericht op natuurbescherming, biodiversiteit en milieu. De Highland Cattle worden buiten gefokt en zwerven het hele jaar door vrij rond. Exclusief gevoed door de open plek die ze met groot meesterschap beoefenen. Verkoop van dozen alleen via telefonische reservering.
