La Ferme des Cattle führt ökologische Instandhaltung und Rodung durch. Dafür verwendet sie die berühmten Highland Cattle Kühe. Es ist ein Ansatz, der auf den Schutz der Natur, der biologischen Vielfalt und der Umwelt ausgerichtet ist. Die Highland Cattle werden im Freien gezüchtet und sind das ganze Jahr über frei. Genährt ausschließlich von der Lichtung, die sie mit großer Meisterschaft praktizieren. Verkauf von Kartons nur nach telefonischer Reservierung.
