Sinds 2012 zijn we gevestigd in Bragelogne-Beauvoir, een klein dorpje in het zuiden van het departement Aube, in een prachtige omgeving tussen Chaource en Les Riceys. 55 alpengeiten geven elke dag alles om ons in staat te stellen kwaliteitskazen te maken.
Aangeboden producten: geitenkazen en -yoghurts, producten op basis van saffraan en geitenzeep.
Je zou niet verwachten saffraan te vinden aan de Côte des Bar, en toch...
Crocus satinus wordt elk jaar in oktober geoogst. De saffraan stampers worden dan met de hand geplukt, een delicate en zorgvuldige operatie.
