Charmant familierestaurant in het noordoosten van Bearn, op enkele kilometers van Pau en de wijngaarden van Madiran, waar de familie Courbet, met haar 4 generaties ervaring, u verwelkomt te midden van een zeer aangenaam natuur- en boslandschap.
Sinds 1920 zijn de bereide gerechten afkomstig van de plaatselijke landbouw. Op het menu staan verse huisgemaakte lever met druiven, in Madiran gestoofde runderwang, de traditionele garbure, eendenborst in een ovenschotel of de omelet met eekhoorntjesbrood. Zeker weten, uw smaakpapillen zullen verrukt zijn!
