Serge Vagné werd geboren in 1953 en begon in 2008 met draaien in La Croisée Découverte, waar hij zijn eerste cursussen volgde. Hij perfectioneerde zijn techniek samen met andere draaiers en ontwikkelde een unieke stijl gebaseerd op de creatie van kleurrijke personages.
Sinds 2020 worden zijn creaties erkend door het MOSL-kwaliteitslabel, wat getuigt van hun authenticiteit en lokale wortels. Naast haar artistieke activiteit.
Haar creaties zijn te koop bij een aantal toeristische informatiepunten in de regio, waaronder het VVV-kantoor van Pays de Forbach.
