Op 15 maart 1943 werd een kamp van maquisards van de eenheid Neuvic-Lapleau van het Geheime Leger opgezet in een schuilplaats in de rotsen in de steile kloven van de Dordogne. Ondanks de moeilijke toegang werd het kamp in 1944 door de politie van Vichy verjaagd. Ter nagedachtenis aan de maquisards brengt dit pad je naar een van hun meest ontoegankelijke schuilplaatsen in de Dordogne kloven. Vertrekpunt: Beunac, Saint-Merd-de-Lapleau. Duur: 2 uur. Afstand: 4,3 km. Borden: blauw. Moeilijkheidsgraad: moeilijk (let op, de toegang tot de grot is moeilijk [klimmen] en niet aan te raden bij nat weer.
