De kathedrale kerk van Sint-Mary en Sint-Bonifatius in Plymouth, Engeland, is de zetel van de bisschop van Plymouth en de moederkerk van het rooms-katholieke bisdom Plymouth, dat de graafschappen Cornwall, Devon en Dorset beslaat. Het bisdom Plymouth werd opgericht in 1850 na de uitgifte van de pauselijke bul Universalis Ecclesiae.
